ABOUT THE VISIONARY

A Renaissance woman of sorts who juggles many hats: Daughter, Sister, Mother, Model, & Entrepreneur; Jalía “Lia” Pettis. At the age of four is when she was first introduced to the entertainment industry. She attended various modeling agencies & schools to gain experience and enhance her exposure.  Jalía was also a “military brat” and had the pleasure of traveling to exotic places such as Japan and Hawaii. This offered an additional opportunity to gain exposure to the vast cultures that make up our society. As an adolescent Jalía was very sincere about becoming a strong businesswoman. Being very active in her teen years, she began her college career at Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI)

In 1995 where she majored in both Interpersonal Communications & Business Management. Over the years she has planned & executed runway shows, events of all sort, attended numerous conferences & seminars. She is also trained to facilitate various leadership programs which have also assisted in the development of her business savvy.

This is a woman with a lot on her plate! Not only is she the devoted visionary of 3Jay Productions is also a Human Resources Practitioner of ten years & proud mother of three.
